racemic (2′S,3S,4′R)-6-chloro-4′-[5-chloro-2-(1-cyano-cyclopentyl-methoxy)-phenyl]-2′-(5-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2,3-dihydro-2,6′-dioxo spiro[indole-3,3′-piperidine]-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (100 mg) was dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid (5 mL). After stirred at room temperature for 0.5 h, the reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by recrystallization to give the title compound as a yellow solid (38 mg).
