The title compound 6 was prepared from compound 2 by the procedure used in preparation of compound 4. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3-CD3OD 10:1): δ 7.65 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.27 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 5.32 (s, 1H), 5.13-5.13 (ABq, 2H, J=30.0, 15.0 Hz), 3.39 (m, 2H), 2.95 (m, 2H), 2.69 (m, 1H), 2.12 (m, 1H), 1.85 (m, 1H), 1.64 (m, 2H). MS (ES) [m+H] calc'd for C17H20N5O2, 326.2; found, 326.2.
