Title compound 24 was prepared by the methods used in the preparation of compound 17, except that 3-bromomethyl-benzoic acid methyl ester was used in the place of m-cyano-benzyl bromide. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3-CD3OD 10:1) δ 7.99 (s, 1H), 7.91 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.65 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.52 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.34 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.23 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 5.44 (s, 1H), 5.12-5.31 (ABq, J=43.7, 15.9 Hz, 2H), 5.08 (s, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 3.31-3.39 (m, 2H), 2.98 (d, J=11.9 Hz, 1H), 2.87 (m, 1H), 2.71 (m, 1H), 2.11 (m, 1H), 1.89 (m, 1H), 1.73-1.59 (m, 2H).
