A mixture of 3-(3-Chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-1-[2-(2-methoxy-ethylamino)-acetyl]-imidazolidin-4-one (160 mg, 0.49 mmol, 1 eq), 1-Chloro-3-chloromethyl-benzene (95 mg, 0.59 mmol, 1.2 eq), Cesium carbonate (325 mg, 1 mmol, 2 eq) in DMF (2 ml) was stirred at room temperature overnight. It was concentrated, dissolved in acetonitrile and purified with HPLC to give the desired product. LCMS observed for (M+H)+: 450.2
