The title compounds were prepared from 1-{2-[5-bromo-4-(5-chlorothiophen-2-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino]ethyl}-5,5-dimethylimidazolidine-2,4-dione and tert-butyl 4-(4,4,5,5-tetra-methyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-indole-1-carboxylate in a manner analogous to Example 269, then purified and separated by C-8 prep HPLC to give tert-butyl 4-{4-(5-chlorothiophen-2-yl)-2-[2-(5,5-dimethyl-2,4-dioxoimidazolidin-1-yl)ethylamino]pyrimidin-5-yl}-1H-indole-1-carboxylate: MS (M+H)+ 581; and 1-{2-[4-(5-chlorothiophen-2-yl)-5-(1H-indol-4-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino]ethyl}-5,5-dimethylimidazolidine-2,4-dione: MS (M+H)+ 481.
