The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step-4 of Intermediate-1 using N′-(4-bromophenyl)-2-chloro-6-fluorobenzenecarbohydrazonamide (step-3 of Intermediate-1, 0.100 g, 0.292 mmol), CHCl3 (10 mL), pyridine (2.0 mL) and thionyl chloride (1.0 mL). The obtained product was purified with column chromatography on silica gel eluting with 0.5% MeOH:DCM to afford 0.050 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 7.45 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 3H), 7.51-7.68 (m, 4H), 12.05 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 388.02 (M)−.
