To a solution of 1-(4-bromophenyl)-5-chloro-3-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (Intermediate-3, 0.100 g, 0.257 mmol) in DMF (3.0 mL) was added 3-methoxypropan-1-amine (0.035 g, 0.386 mmol) and DIPEA (1.0 mL). The reaction mass was stirred at 80° C. for 5-6 h. The reaction mass was quenched in water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulphate and concentrated to afford 0.040 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 1.92 (d, J=5.4 Hz, 2H), 2.34 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 3.28 (s, 3H), 3.56-3.64 (m, 2H), 5.69 (m, 1H), 7.06-7.15 (m, 1H), 7.22-7.49 (m, 2H), 7.54 (d, J=10.2 Hz, 2H), 7.64 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H). MS (m/z): 441.19 (M+H)+.
