Prepared according to Preparation 21 using 1-fluoro-2-iodo-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzene and tert-butyl[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-2-yl]carbamate (Preparation 24, 430 mg, 1.0 mmol). The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ISCO™, 0-30% ethyl acetate in heptane gradient elution, 2×12 g SiO2) to give title compound as a green solid (0.105 g, 41%).
