Reaction Steps
To tert-butyl 3-(isoquinolin-6-ylamino)-3-oxo-1-(thiophen-3-yl)propylcarbamate (E5) in CH2Cl2 was added HCl (4N in dioxane), and the solution was stirred for 8 hours. The solvents were evaporated to give 3-amino-N-(isoquinolin-6-yl)-3-(thiophen-3-yl)propanamide dihydrochloride (E6).
