Reaction Steps
To tert-butyl 3-(isoquinolin-6-ylamino)-3-oxo-2-(thiophen-3-yl)propylcarbamate (E48) in CH2Cl2 was added HCl (4N in dioxane), and the solution was stirred for 8-10 hours. The solvents were evaporated to give pure 3-amino-N-(isoquinolin-6-yl)-2-(thiophen-3-yl)propanamide dihydrochloride (E49).
