Reaction Steps
The racemic mixture which was prepared in a similar manner to example 3a from 2-chloro-3-fluorobenzoic acid and 3-(1-(trifluoromethyl)cyclopropyl)-2-(2-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-5-yl)propan-1-amine was separated into the two enantiomers by preparative SFC to yield the title compound. LCMS (MH+): m/z=470.0, tR (minutes, Method F)=3.07. [α]D20=28.85 (c=3.05 mg/mL,CHCl3)
