Reaction Steps
The racemic mixture which was prepared in a similar manner to example 3a from 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzoic acid and 2-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-2-(2-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-5-yl)ethanamine was separated into the two enantiomers by preparative SFC to yield the title compound. LCMS (MH+): m/z=432.1, tR (minutes, Method F)=2.6. [α]D20=+37.86 (c=4.20 mg/mL,CHCl3)
