Reaction Steps
The racemic mixture which was prepared in a similar manner to example 3a from 2-chloro-3-fluorobenzoic acid and 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-(2-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-5-yl)ethanamine was separated into the two enantiomers by preparative SFC to yield the title compound. LCMS (MH+): m/z=442.1, tR (minutes, Method F)=3.24. [α]D20=12.8 (c=6.8 mg/mL,CHCl3)
