Reaction Steps
The racemic mixture which was prepared in a similar manner to example 3a from 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzoic acid and 2-(4,4-difluorocyclohexyl)-2-(2-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-5-yl)ethanamine was separated into the two enantiomers by preparative SFC to yield the title compound. LCMS (MH+): m/z=466.1, tR (minutes, Method F)=2.97. [α]D20=+36.00 (c=1.50 mg/mL,CHCl3)
