The title compound was prepared following the general procedure reported for Example 9—1 using A5 and 2-(tributylstannyl)benzo[d]thiazole, purified by semi-preparative HPLC (Method A) and isolated as TFA-salt. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-D6, 300K): δ=1.92 (2H, d J=14.1 Hz), 2.30 (2H, dt, J1=3.9 Hz, J2=14.5 Hz), 3.12 (2H, t, J=12.5 Hz), 3.31 (1H, s), 3.53 (2H, d, J=2.3 Hz), 7.42 (1H, s), 7.45 (1H, s), 7.60 (2H, m), 8.01 (1H, d J=5.5 Hz), 8.21 (2H, t, J=8.6 Hz), 8.91 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 11.93 (1H, s); MS (ES) C22H20N6OS requires: 416. found: 417.1 [M+H]+.
