In a similar fashion using route 1 general procedure 4, 4-chloro-N-(2-chloro-quinolin-8-yl)-2-nitro-benzenesulfonamide (Intermediate 258) (0.36 g, 0.63 mmol), SnCl2 (0.36 g, 1.88 mmol) and EtOH (10 ml) at 90° C. for 4 h gave the title compound (0.11 g, 46%) after purification by column chromatography with DCM/MeOH (99.5:0.5) as the eluent.
