Procedure
N-Methylsulfamoyl chloride (Intermediate 213) (161 mg, 1.24 mmol) was added to suspension of (8-amino-quinolin-7-yl)-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-methanone (Intermediate 367) (110 mg, 0.41 mmol) in pyridine (10 ml) and the mixture was stirred room temperature for 18 h. NaBH4 (16 mg, 0.41 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for a further 18 h. The reaction was quenched with water (20 ml) and the aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc (30 ml). The organic phase was washed with brine (15 ml), dried (Na2SO4) and concentrated n vacuo. The crude residue was purified by column chromatography heptane/EtOAc (80:20-50:50 gradient) as the eluent to give the title compound (20 mg, 14%).
