The title compound was prepared from 2-[5-[(4-ethyl-3-fluorophenyl)methoxy]pyrazol-1-yl]pyridine-4-carboxylic acid (EXAMPLE 96) according to the procedure for the preparation of Example 62. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.23 (3H, t, J=7.6 Hz), 2.67 (2H, q, J=7.6 Hz), 3.97 (3H, s), 5.20 (2H, s), 5.75 (1H, d, J=1.6 Hz), 7.12-7.23 (3H, m), 7.58 (1H, d, J=2.0 Hz), 7.78 (1H, dd, J=1.6, 5.2 Hz), 8.34 (1H, s), 8.71 (1H, d, J=5.2 Hz). LCMS (mobile phase: 30%-95% Acetonitrile-Water-0.02% NH4Ac): purity is >95%, Rt=3.783 min. [M+H] Calc'd for C19H18FN3O3, 356. Found, 356.
