Reaction Steps

was prepared under similar conditions as described in the preparation of Intermediate 1.4. using 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoropyrimidine (Aldrich Chemical Company Inc.) and [2-(benzyloxy)-4-fluorophenyl]boronic acid (ABCR GmbH & CO. KG). The batch was purified by column chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate 1:1).
