Reaction Steps

To a solution of compound 12C (1 eq.) in DCM, was added TFA (10 eq.), the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for about 2 hours, when TLC detected no s.m. The reaction mixture was concentrated to afford the desired product 12D. The crude product was used for the next step directly without further purification. LC-MS: m/z 170.3 (M+H)+
