Reaction Steps
3-(3,4-dichlorophenoxy)propylchloride 1.38 g and 4-hydroxy-4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)piperidine 1.35 g are reacted in the same manner as Example 109 (1) to prepare 2.40 g (Yield: 97.5%) of 1-{3-(3,4-dichlorophenoxy)propyl}-4-hydroxy-4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl) piperidine (III-66). mp. 118.0°-118.5° C.
