The condensation of (4S,5R)-4-(5-amino-2-fluoro-phenyl)-5-fluoro-4-fluoromethyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-[1,3]oxazin-2-ylamine (A8.5) and 5-cyano-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid following procedure I yielded the title compound as a light yellow solid. MS (ISP): m/z=390.2 [M+H]+.
