Reaction Steps
A mixture of 2-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-(4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)phthalazin-1(2H)-one (25 mg, 0.069 mmol), Cs2CO3 (67 mg, 0.21 mmol) and 2-fluoropyridine (100 μL) was heated to 155° C. overnight. The reaction was concentrated and purified by reverse phase HPLC to afford 2-(3-(pyridin-2-yloxy)propyl)-7-(4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)phthalazin-1(2H)-one as a white solid. C23H18F3N3O3. 441.9 (M+1).
