N-(3-(5-bromo-3-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypropyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide was coupled with alkynol 20 following the procedure described in Example 10 to give N-(3-(3-chloro-5-(3-hydroxy-3-propylhex-1-ynyl)phenyl)-3-hydroxypropyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide as a pale yellow oil. Yield (1.02 g, 66%):
