Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in analogy to 4-(3-butyl-1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2,5-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydroquinazolin-4-yl)benzonitrile (example 21), using 1-bromo-2-methoxyethane as alkylating agent. Yield: 15 mg; ESI mass spectrum [M+H]+=470; Retention time HPLC: 1.33 min (V001—006).
