PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of 127g (100.0 mg, 0.15 mmol) in methanol (20 mL) was added NaBH4 (17.0 mg, 0.45 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. It was then quenched with water (1 mL) and the mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 127 (56 mg, yield 56%) as a white solid. MS: [M+H]+ 667.4. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.58 (d, J=2.0, 1H), 8.47 (s, 1H), 8.40 (s, 1H), 7.85 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 7.39 (d, J=2.0, 1H), 7.37-7.34 (m, 1H), 7.30-7.28 (m, 1H), 7.25-7.22 (m, 2H), 6.48 (s, 1H), 4.57-4.53 (m, 2H), 4.46 (m, 2H), 4.41 (m, 1H), 4.25 (m, 2H), 4.20 (s, 2H), 3.69-3.64 (m, 1H), 3.58 (s, 3H), 3.41-3.36 (m, 1H), 3.10-3.07 (m, 1H), 2.96-2.92 (m, 3H), 2.54-2.50 (m, 1H), 2.35-2.28 (m, 2H), 2.18 (m, 1H), 2.04-2.00 (m, 2H), 1.87-1.82 (m, 2H), 0.92 (d, J=6.0, 3H).
