To a solution of 1-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}propan-2-yl4-{4-carbamoyl-3-[(4-fluorophenyl)amino]-1H-pyrazol-1-yl}-4-(cyanomethyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 30-51) (86 mg, 0.15 mmol) in THF (1.0 mL) was added a solution of TBAF.3H2O (316 mg, 1.00 mmol) in THF (1.0 mL). The resulting mixture was allowed to stir at ambient temperature for 3 hours. The mixture was then diluted with DCM, washed with water, dried over anhydrous MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The resulting residue was purified by MPLC on silica gel (using a gradient elution of 0-20% MeOH/DCM) to afford the title compound, Example #31.
