Reaction Steps

A mixture of Example 175B (90 mg, 0.119 mmol) in 1:1 dichloromethane/trifluoroacetic acid (0.6 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo to provide the title compound as bis-trifluroacetic acid salt. 1H NMR (400 MHz, Pyridine-d5) δ 1.68-2.43 (m, 8H), 2.99 (s, 3H), 3.18-3.61 (m, 4H), 4.05 (d, J=3.7 Hz, 2H), 4.32-4.47 (m, 3H), 5.93-6.15 (m, 2H), 7.15-7.32 (m, 2H), 7.44 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (dd, J=10.4, 3.0 Hz, 1H), 8.63 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 12.82 (s, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 473.1 (M+H)+.
