Title compound was prepared by a method analogous to that described for Intermediate 45, replacing 2-(chloromethyl)-6-fluoropyridine with Intermediate 13 (200 mg, 1.051 mmol) to yield the title compound (211 mg, 0.655 mmol, 62.3% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 8.21 (m, 1H), 8.00 (d, 1H), 7.95-7.88 (m, 4H), 7.78 (m, 1H), 7.38 (m, 1H), 6.41 (d, 1H), 5.46 (s, 2H). [ES+MS] m/z 323 (MH+).
