Reaction Steps

To a solution of tert-butyl (5-(3-((4-(1,2-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-2-methoxyphenyl)-amino)isoquinolin-6-yl)pyridin-2-yl)(methyl)carbamate (Example 12, 10 mg, 0.018 mmol) in DCM (4 mL) at 0° C. was added TFA (0.6 mL). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. The solvents were removed in vacuo and the residue was purified by SCX-2 column eluting with 2M NH3/MeOH to afford the title compound as a yellow oil (8 mg, 98%).
