Reaction Steps
Prepared analogously as described for the example B1 (Alternative 1) using 5-(7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-4-yl)-4,4-dimethyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one (compound C5) and tert-butyl 4-{[(4-methylphenyl)sulfonyl]oxy}piperidine-1-carboxylate (compound E1) as starting compounds resulting in the hydrochloride salt of the title compound.
