4-((6-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-5-(ethoxycarbonyl)-2-(thiazol-2-yl)-3,6-dihydropyrimidin-4-yl)methyl)morpholine-3-carboxylic acid (0.22 g, 0.4 mmol) was reacted with chloromethyl isopropyl carbonate (0.25 g, 1.64 mmol) according to the procedure as described in Example 79 to give the title compound as yellow oil (0.12 g, 47%).
