Ethyl 4-(2-bromo-4-fluorophenyl)-6-(bromomethyl)-2-(3-cyano-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1,4-dihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylate (0.32 g, 0.62 mmol) was reacted with 2-(morpholin-2-yl)acetic acid hydrochloride (0.2 g, 1.1 mmol) according to the procedure as described in Example 1, Step C to give the title compound as a pale yellow solid (0.14 g, 40%).
