Ethyl 6-(bromomethyl)-4-(2-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-2-(3,5-difluoropyridin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylate (0.75 g, 1.53 mmol) (The compound was synthesized according to the procedure as described in U.S. Pat. No. 7,074,784) was reacted with morpholine-3-carboxylic acid (0.2 g, 1.53 mmol) according to the procedure as described in Example 28 to give the title compound as a yellow solid (0.54 g, 65%).
