Ethyl 6-(bromomethyl)-4-(2-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-2-(thiophen-2-yl)-1,4-dihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylate (0.7 g, 1.53 mmol) (The compound was synthesized according to the procedure as described in WO2010069147) was reacted with morpholine-3-carboxylic acid (0.2 g, 1.53 mmol) according to the procedure as described in Example 28 to give the title compound as a yellow solid (0.33 g, 43%).
