Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (S)-methyl 1-(2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)propanamido)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (900 mg, 2.89 mmol) and 1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-amine (421 mg, 4.33 mmol) following the experimental procedure described in Preparation 27a. 680 mg (36% yield) of the desired compound were obtained.
