实验过程

The title compound was prepared from methyl 1-amino-3-bromo-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (2.83 g, 12.9 mmol) and (S)-4-(benzyloxy)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)butanoic acid (4.0 g, 12.9 mmol) following the experimental procedure described in Preparation 73a. 6.12 g (93% yield) of the desired compound were obtained.
