Reaction Steps

TFA (2 mL) is added to a compound from step 4 (0.022 mmol) and the reaction is stirred at r.t. for 1 hour. The mixture is diluted with DCM (10 mL) and concentrated. The material is taken up in EtOAc (10 mL) and washed with H2O (20 mL). The organic layer is dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The crude material is dissolved in 1 mL MeOH and purified via MS-triggered HPLC (Sunfire 30×50 mm 5 um column ACN/H2O w/0.1% TFA 75 ml/min, 1.5 ml injection, 45-70% ACN over 3.5 min).
