The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Example 1 using 4-fluoro-3-(thiazol-5-yl)-N-(4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)benzamide (Stage 1.1) and 3-methylpyrrolidin-3-ol to afford a yellow solid. UPLC-MS (Condition 1) tR=2.57 min, m/z=464.1 [M+H]+, m/z=462.1 [M−H]−; 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.09-1.30 (m, 3H) 1.63-1.85 (m, 2H) 2.88 (s, 1H) 2.95 (s, 1H) 3.02-3.15 (m, 1H) 3.26-3.30 (m, 1H) 4.72 (s, 1H) 6.94 (d, J=8.80 Hz, 1H) 7.33 (d, J=9.05 Hz, 2H) 7.78-8.00 (m, 6H) 9.15 (s, 1H) 10.14 (s, 1H).
