The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 22.2 using 6-chloro-5-iodonicotinic acid and 4-(chlorodifluoromethoxy)aniline to afford an off-white powder. HPLC (Condition 4) tR=6.47 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 3) tR=1.26 min, m/z=456.8 [M−H]−.
