Following general procedure II, 6-chloro-N-{trans-4-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-cyclohexyl}-3-(methylsulfonyl)-1,5-naphthyridin-4-amine (24 mg, 0.061 mmol) was reacted with 2-chloro-6-methoxy-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenol (28 mg, 0.10 mmol) followed by formation of the dihydrochloride salt to afford the desired product (23 mg, 64%) as a yellow solid: 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.89 (s, 1H), 8.54 (d, J=9.1 Hz, 1H), 8.34 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.83 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.60 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 5.83-5.73 (m, 1H), 4.04 (s, 3H), 3.38 (s, 3H), 3.08 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 2H), 2.93 (s, 6H), 2.50-2.43 (m, 2H), 2.07-1.95 (m, 3H), 1.73-1.63 (m, 2H), 1.46-1.35 (m, 2H).
