Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 188 using N-benzyl-6-hydrazinylnicotinamide and ethyl 3-(dimethylamino)-2-(4-oxopyridin-1(4H)-yl)acrylate. MS m/z 388 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 4.53 (d, J=5.6 Hz, 2H) 6.68 (br. s., 2H) 7.27 (dq, J=8.5, 4.2 Hz, 1H) 7.30-7.41 (m, 4H) 8.29 (br. s., 2H) 8.37-8.54 (m, 3H) 8.97 (s, 1H) 9.27 (t, J=5.8 Hz, 1H).
