Procedure

The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 284 using 1-t-butyl piperazine and 6-(4-(4-cyano-2-methylphenyl)-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinic acid to give a formic acid salt (53 mg, 0.119 mmol, 76%) as a white solid. MS: 445 (M+H). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.10 (s, 9H) 2.43 (s, 3H) 2.71 (br. s., 4H) 3.57 (br. s., 4H) 7.56-7.62 (m, 1H) 7.65 (s, 1H) 7.94 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H) 7.98-8.07 (m, 2H) 8.42 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H) 8.52 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H) 12.42 (br. s., 1H).
