Procedure

The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 112 using 6-(4-(4-cyano-2-methylphenyl)-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinic acid and (R)-1-cyclopropyl-2-methylpiperazine dihydrochloride. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.26 (br. s., 1H) 0.36-0.51 (m, 2H) 0.61 (d, J=5.56 Hz, 1H) 0.93-1.29 (m, 3H) 1.65 (br. s., 1H) 2.16-2.40 (m, 1H) 2.43 (s, 3H) 2.58 (br. s., 1H) 2.75-3.03 (m, 2H) 3.15 (br. s., 1H) 3.43-3.59 (m, 1H) 4.09 (br. s., 1H) 7.66 (d, J=8.32 Hz, 1H) 7.73 (s, 1H) 7.78 (d, J=8.08 Hz, 1H) 8.06 (dd, J=8.59, 2.02 Hz, 1H) 8.15 (s, 1H) 8.38 (br. s., 1H) 8.53 (d, J=1.77 Hz, 1H); ESI-MS m/z [M+H]+ 443.3.
