In a flask containing (1S,3R)—N1-(2-(5-chloro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)-5-fluoropyrimidin-4-yl)-N3-(2-(methylamino)ethyl)cyclohexane-1,3-diamine, 47c, (0.020 g, 0.048 mmol) in DMF was added diisopropylethylamine (0.025 mL, 0.144 mmol) and bis(4-nitrophenyl) carbonate (0.016 g, 0.053 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hrs. The resulting residue was purified by HPLC using 5-70% MeOH/H2O with 6 mM HCl to provide the desired product.
