A solution of the compound of Example 181 (20 mg) in dioxane (1 mL) was treated with aq. HCl (37%; 0.142 mL) and stirred at 50° C. for 3 h. The solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was suspended in EA/MeOH (4:1), filtered, washed with TBME and dried in HV, affording a gray solid (6 mg; 29% yield).
