Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 53, 1-(cyclohexanecarbonyl)indoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 55, 120 mg, 0.39 mmol) was converted to the title compound (65 mg, 57%) after purification using preparative HPLC. 1H NMR (CD3OD) δ 7.54 (dd, J=8.4, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 6.38 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 3.54 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 3.04-2.96 (m, 4H), 1.80-1.68 (m, 6H), 1.31-1.23 (m, 3H), 1.05-0.96 (m, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 295.1 (M+H)+.
