Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 55, indoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 54A, 195 mg, 0.98 mmol) and 3,4-dichlorobenzoyl chloride (412 mg, 1.97 mmol) were converted to the title compound (132 mg, 36%) after purification using preparative HPLC. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.92 (d, J=1.1 Hz, 1H), 7.78 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.71-7.61 (m, 3H), 7.26 (s, 2H), 4.07 (t, J=8.3 Hz, 2H), 3.16 (t, J=8.2 Hz, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 370.8 (M+H)+.
