Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 55, indoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 54A, 90 mg, 0.45 mmol) and 3,4-difluorobenzoyl chloride (69 μL, 0.54 mmol) were converted to the title compound (120 mg, 78%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.60-7.21 (m, 6H), 7.01 (s, 2H), 3.85 (t, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 2.92 (t, J=8.6 Hz, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 338.9 (M+H)+.
