Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 53, 1-(2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)acetyl)indoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 64, 140 mg, 0.363 mmol) was converted to the title compound (89 mg, 66%) after purification using preparative HPLC. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.64-7.63 (m, 1H), 7.54 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.43 (dd, J=8.4, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.33 (dd, J=8.3 Hz, 2.1 Hz, 1H), 6.90 (s, 2H), 6.56 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 3.49 (t, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 3.42-3.38 (m, 2H), 2.95 (t, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 2.84 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 371.0 (M+H)+.
